TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. To avail the offers,the Client is required to pay 60% advance payment along with the suggested domain name and contents of the Website.
2. To book this offer, in case contents may not be ready immediately, the Client has to pay only 30% advance payment and make balance 70% payment along with the contents of the proposed Website.
3. The Client will be required to send details about the Website through E-mail attachments/CD through Courier and deposit the requisite amount in our account as mentioned in the Website. In case the Client needs personal interaction, Rs.500- will be payable extra on per visit basis.
4. The contents of the proposed Website should be ready to add up without grammatical or formatting errors in order to avoid delay in completion of the project.
5. The Client is advised to provide original contents for the website and would be held responsible for copyright violations in text or images, wherever the situation may arise.
6. We will charge separately for all content creation including providing exclusive copyrighted images and text matter.
7. Since these offers are on first-come-first-serve basis, the websites will also be delivered accordingly with the maximum delivery time of 7-15 days from the date of receipt of complete website contents.
8. All other features including Flash Intro Page, background sound, video clips and photo galleries will be charged for extra according to the contents required by the Client.
9. The design templates along with the Links & Sub-links, once approved by the Client will not be changed under any circumstances.
10. All other features not mentioned herein will be charged for as extra, wherever applicable.
11. The above charges do not include editing of the contents (making frequent changes in text and images) and will be charged for as extra whenever applicable.
12. The company reserves the right to refuse booking requests for the above offers, make amendments or remove any of the offers at any time, without further notification.
13. The Company will refund full amount (except Domain registration charges) to the Client within 5 days of booking the Website order, in case the Client wishes to ask for the refund, or before the designing process starts up. After that, no refunds will be made under any circumstances whatsoever, except for the non-deliverance of the project as per mutual agreement between the company and the Client.
